When making a payment, customers may be directed to or interact with a third-party payment system.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, conditions, privacy policies and security procedures.
3. Payment Security
We take reasonable steps to protect customer and transaction information.
For security reasons, AUSTOBAC Official Store does not intentionally retain complete payment card details after a transaction where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Customers should never send complete card numbers, security codes or passwords to us by email.
4. Payment Verification
An order may remain pending while payment is being authorised or verified.
We may delay, refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be successfully authorised or where there are reasonable concerns regarding payment security or potential fraud.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, we will generally return the funds to the original payment account or payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account depends on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
We do not control third-party processing times.
